LOVESOONER RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every LOVESOONER purchase to be handled with care. Because certain LOVESOONER releases are produced in limited quantities, made to order, personalized, or created specifically for an individual customer, return and cancellation eligibility may vary by product.

FOUNDER 40

Founder 40 is a limited, made-to-order prelaunch experience that includes custom-selected apparel, jewelry, Founder materials, and permanent Founder status.

Cancellations before production: If you need to cancel your Founder 40 purchase, contact us as soon as possible. If production or customization of your Founder items has not yet begun, we will generally be able to cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

After production begins: Once your Founder apparel, jewelry, personalization, or other made-to-order items have entered production, cancellation or change requests may no longer be possible. Because these pieces are being produced specifically for the Founder, made-to-order or personalized items are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind, subject to applicable law.

Sizing and selections: LOVESOONER will personally contact Founder 40 members to confirm available jacket color, size, jewelry selection, jewelry finish, and applicable Founder details before production is submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving these selections carefully.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was confirmed, contact us promptly after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund.

Production and fulfillment timing: Founder 40 is a prelaunch, made-to-order release. Any production or fulfillment date provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Our current target is approximately October 2026, but timing may change due to manufacturing, customization, supplier, or fulfillment circumstances. LOVESOONER will provide updates when material timing changes occur.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
