LOVESOONER SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

LOVESOONER offers limited-release, prelaunch, made-to-order, and ready-to-ship products. Fulfillment timing may vary depending on the specific release.

FOUNDER 40

Founder 40 is a made-to-order prelaunch experience. After purchase, LOVESOONER will personally contact each Founder using the contact information provided with the order to confirm the varsity jacket color and size, jewelry selection and finish, and any applicable Founder details before production is submitted.

Once those selections are confirmed, the Founder package will enter production. Our current target is for Founder 40 fulfillment to begin around October 2026, but this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Production timelines may change because of manufacturing, customization, supplier availability, quality control, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Founder 40 shipping or delivery is included in the purchase price. Customers will not be charged a separate standard shipping fee for the Founder 40 package.

Depending on the customer’s location and the circumstances of fulfillment, LOVESOONER may ship the package through a third-party carrier or coordinate delivery directly with the customer.

Founder packages are intended to be fulfilled once the applicable apparel, jewelry, Founder materials, and included items are ready. If fulfillment circumstances require items to be sent separately, LOVESOONER may contact the customer with updated arrangements.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped or entered final delivery processing, we may not be able to change the destination.

TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

When carrier tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through the customer’s order-status page. Orders delivered personally by LOVESOONER may instead be coordinated directly with the customer.

DELAYS

Estimated production, shipping, and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. LOVESOONER will provide updates when we become aware of a material delay affecting an order.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or you believe a shipment has been lost, contact us promptly at chris@lovesooner.com with your order number and relevant details or photographs so we can review the issue.

FUTURE LOVESOONER RELEASES

Shipping rates, fulfillment methods, and estimated delivery times for future products or collections may differ from Founder 40 and will be shown at checkout or disclosed in connection with the applicable release.
