LOVESOONER TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of LOVESOONER websites, checkout, products, Founder 40 offerings, and related services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT LOVESOONER
LOVESOONER LLC is a Florida limited liability company offering apparel, jewelry, accessories, limited releases, prelaunch products, Founder experiences, and related branded goods and services.
2. ORDERS
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. LOVESOONER may decline, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, duplicate purchases, or product availability.
Orders are considered successfully placed once Shopify or the applicable payment processor confirms the transaction.
3. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax may be included in the displayed price or calculated at checkout depending on the product, customer location, and applicable tax requirements. For Founder 40, the advertised $250 purchase price is intended to be the total customer price, with applicable sales tax accounted for within that amount where configured.
Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. LOVESOONER does not directly store full customer credit-card information.
4. FOUNDER 40
Founder 40 is a limited prelaunch offering available to a maximum of forty Founder positions.
A Founder 40 purchase currently includes a Two Tone Raglan Sleeve Varsity Jacket with Founder detailing, an unreleased LOVESOONER emblem jewelry piece, Founder materials, Founder-only packaging and benefits, and permanent Founder status as described in the applicable Founder 40 materials.
Founder apparel and jewelry selections are subject to available colors, sizes, styles, finishes, materials, and production capabilities.
LOVESOONER will personally contact Founder 40 purchasers after checkout to confirm applicable selections before production.
An official Founder number is assigned after successful payment and remains associated with that Founder once issued.
Founder status is intended to remain permanent; however, specific future benefits, events, product access, pricing opportunities, collaborations, and experiences may evolve as LOVESOONER develops.
5. MADE-TO-ORDER & PRELAUNCH PRODUCTS
Certain LOVESOONER products, including Founder 40, are produced after purchase or confirmation of customer selections.
Production and fulfillment estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Founder 40 fulfillment is currently targeted for approximately October 2026, but timing may change due to manufacturing, customization, quality control, supplier availability, logistics, or other circumstances.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery methods may include third-party shipping carriers or delivery coordinated directly by LOVESOONER.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Shipping and fulfillment terms are further described in our Shipping Policy.
7. PRODUCT APPEARANCE & AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, materials, finishes, dimensions, and design details. Actual appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing processes, materials, garment washing, embroidery, printing, jewelry finishing, or other production characteristics.
Limited-release items may sell out or become unavailable without notice.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The LOVESOONER name, logos, emblem, Founder 40 materials, graphics, garment designs, jewelry designs, photographs, website content, written content, collection concepts, and related brand assets are owned by or licensed to LOVESOONER LLC unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or use LOVESOONER intellectual property without written permission.
9. COMMUNITY & CHARITABLE INITIATIVES
LOVESOONER may support nonprofit, charitable, mental-health, advocacy, or community organizations through designated initiatives.
A designated portion of Founder 40 proceeds is intended to support RAINN. Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to an organization do not imply that the organization sponsors, endorses, or is formally affiliated with LOVESOONER.
Any specific contribution amount, percentage, timing, or structure will be communicated when finalized.
10. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website, checkout, products, content, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our systems.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
LOVESOONER uses third-party services including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, manufacturing partners, and other vendors. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LOVESOONER LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time as LOVESOONER, its products, or applicable requirements change. The version posted at the time of an order will generally govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
